“Excellent stay. The room was very spacious, with a large balcony overlooking the street — we actually preferred staying in to going out! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom came complete with toiletries. The wardrobe was big enough for suitcases, and there was a small desk and chair plus a bench. You could control the heating and lighting easily. The hotel is in Chamberí, two blocks from Calle de Fuencarral, which leads straight to Gran Vía. Two metro stations are nearby, but you can walk everywhere — I did. Not being in the center is a plus: it's a very nice area close to everything. It was so quiet I slept better than in any hotel before.”

8.2Verified guest

“A great place for late-night work: quiet, near a square for evening walks, and within walking distance of attractions and the tourist bus. Handy for the metro and taxis. The 24-hour Carrefour on the square is a lifesaver when arriving late. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, including Ginos and La Cana behind the square; a 7 am bakery near Moncloa is great for early work. The hotel is comfortable and has everything you need. Staff are excellent with taxis, dinner suggestions, and other queries. Laundry service works very well.”
